With over 16 years’ experience in the area of corporate and commercial law, she is currently a partner and Head of the Commercial Department. She has a degree in both law and management, allowing her to fully understand various business aspects. She was awarded as the “Leading Lawyer in the field of corporate law” by Asia Law Magazine for the years 2004 through 2007. Her current practice is mainly advising on foreign investment, advising and assisting with commercial transactions and labour law consultation.
Her work involves in the advising, drafting and negotiations of various commercial contracts, such as, manufacturing agreements, joint ventures, M&A transactions, licensing agreements, construction agreements, etc. Her clients range from individuals to multinational companies with business activities related to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate development, petrochemicals, food & beverage, hospitality, etc.
Apart from her general work experience, she also has experience in:
- being a lecturer for Chulalongkorn University on the subject “Business Law” for the special LL.B. programme;
- trainer for various in-house legal training programmes; and
- writing legal articles for foreign law publishers
